1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any software product from StrayCurrent Software, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial music production purposes. This license is perpetual and includes all future updates to the purchased product version.

You may install and use the software on multiple computers, provided you are the primary user of all such computers. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license with others.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and related materials remain the intellectual property of . Your license grants usage rights only; ownership is not transferred.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally via download link and license key sent to the email address provided at purchase. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.

5. Support

We provide email support for installation issues, bugs, and general usage questions. Support is provided in English and is available via [email protected].

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with all systems. We recommend testing with a trial version (where available) before purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrayCurrent Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital software, all sales are final once a product has been activated. We encourage you to review product descriptions, system requirements, and demo versions (where available) before purchasing.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your license has not yet been activated. Refunds are not available for activated licenses.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order number or purchase email, the product name, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you're experiencing problems with our software, please contact us at [email protected] before requesting a refund. We're often able to resolve issues quickly.

If you have issues with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
